Starting tomorrow, the Colly Creek area in Topeka will be hosting their neighborhood wide garage sales! These are running tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday! This is the neighborhood around the 43rd and Gage area.

Looks like Hy-Vee has some great produce prices this week!

• Hy-Vee 1 quart squares of ice cream=1.48/1 (beats Aldi price)
• Hy-Vee brand boneless chicken breasts=1.99/lb.
• Betty crocker brownie mixes=10/$10
• Hy-Vee canned fruit=.88/1 ( close to Aldi price)
• Banquet pot pies=.50/1
• Midwest county fair frozen veggies=.88/bag (beats Aldi price of .95/1)
• Sara Lee bread=2/$3 or 1.50/1 (use 1/1 coupons to get these for only .50/loaf!)
• Hy-Vee 16 oz. block/sticks of butter=1.58/1 (beats Aldi price of 2.12/1)
• Hy-Vee 24 oz. sour cream= 1.28/1 (Aldi price for 16 oz is .99/1)

Produce

• California green seedless grapes=1.18/lb. (great price and beats Aldi!)
• Peaches or nectarines=1.18/lb. (great price for peaches)

• Page 3 of online ad had a coupon for a 2lb. bag of grimmway baby carrots for only 1.39/1 (1lb. bag at Aldi is .99/1)
• Page 3 of online ad has a coupon for 10lb. bag of potatoes for only 1.88/1
• Kiwi fruit=10/$2 (great price!)
• Dole head of lettuce=.97/1

Well the deals seem a little slim to me...

No baby yet

Well I would love to say my blogging silence has been due to the fact that I had this baby... but I haven't had him yet:( I am officially 40 weeks +3 days and waiting as patiently as I can:)

I will continue to post the weekly grocery deals and I invite you all to alert me to other sales you think are worthy of note. As for other deals, for now I am taking a little break since I am not doing much myself. I find that my mind has been heavily occupied with other things:)
