I have advertised this before and for the last few weeks the link in my sidebar has not been working but the good news is that it is working again so I thought I would give you all a reminder of what this program is:

I am currently deciding on where to get my next card because I have enough points to redeem! I signed my email up almost 2 years ago. Once I saw how easy it was I even signed up my husband's email! We average 1 gift card about every 4-5 months.

• Buy 3 get 1.50/your next purchase catalina
• Buy 4 get 2.50/your next purchase catalina
• Buy 5 or more get 3.50/your next purchase catalina

The price on these 1.88 this week, or 1.58 after the discount is applied Here is a deal you can do:

• Buy 5 boxes=7.90 (after .30 per box is applied)

Recipes

Since I got all this FREE French's Mustard and paid very little for Frank's hot sauce I thought I would post some great recipes to use with this stuff!

French's Mustard, see other recipes here
Sweet and Tangy Dip

1 cup light mayonnaise 1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard 1/4 cup honey

Directions:

1.MIX all ingredients 2.SERVE with chicken tenders, pretzel sticks, cheese cubes, fresh fruit or cut-up vegetables.

Frank's Hot Sauce, see other recipes here
Spicy Chicken Sandwich

4 cups of chicken (shredded and cooked)
1 cup of Franks Red Hot sauce
1/4 cup butter
Some cole slaw
Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing
Buns

Directions:
Mix dressing and cole slaw together and chill.
Heat Red Hot sauce and butter in sauce pan.
Add Chicken.
Then place cole slaw and chicken mixture in bun to make a sandwich.

Remember the sale on the mustard and hot sauce ends today!!!

Menu Plan Monday for Feb. 2

Here is my menu plan for the week. I usually try to keep my food budget to $40 a week but for the next month I am going to up my budget to $50 a month. It seems that even in the midst of some great deals raising the budget is still needed.

Monday: Cheese burger pie/green beans
Tuesday: Potato Soup/corn bread
Wednesday: Frito Chili pie/apple slices
